Regime Signals is a cryptocurrency trading signal service operated by Regime Traders. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the security practices we have in place to safeguard it.

By using Regime Signals — including joining the Discord server, subscribing to a paid tier, or submitting a contact form — you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service. This includes:

• Contact information — name and email address submitted through the contact form at regimesignals.com. This is processed by Formspree and forwarded to our support email.
• Payment information — billing details processed by Stripe (credit/debit card) or Subscord (SOL USDC). We do not store payment card numbers or cryptocurrency wallet keys. Payment data is handled entirely by those third-party processors under their own security and compliance standards.
• Discord account information — your Discord username and user ID as provided when you join the Regime Signals Discord server. Discord role assignment is managed automatically via Subscord upon payment confirmation.
• Subscription data — your subscription tier, billing history, and role status as maintained by Subscord for the purpose of managing access and billing.
• Communication data — messages you send to us via the contact form or email. We retain these to respond to your inquiry and for support purposes.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or analytics software on this website. We do not collect IP addresses or device fingerprints for identification purposes.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used exclusively to:

• Process and manage your subscription, including role assignment and billing
• Respond to support inquiries and contact form submissions
• Send service-related communications — signal notifications, regime updates, operational status alerts, and the weekly digest — through Discord
• Comply with legal obligations if required

We do not use your information for marketing to third parties, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service.

Third-Party Services

Regime Signals relies on the following third-party platforms to operate. Each operates under its own privacy policy and security standards:

• Discord — the platform through which all signals, updates, and communications are delivered. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy at discord.com/privacy.
• Subscord — subscription management, role assignment, and SOL USDC payment processing. Subject to Subscord's terms and privacy policy.
• Stripe — credit and debit card payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Formspree — contact form submission processing. Form data is forwarded to our support email. Subject to Formspree's Privacy Policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Netlify — website hosting. Basic server logs may be retained by Netlify per their data practices at netlify.com/privacy.

We choose third-party providers that maintain industry-standard security practices. We do not control their data handling beyond what is described in their respective policies.

Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Protection of rights — to protect the rights, property, or safety of Regime Traders, our subscribers, or others

• Payment processing is handled entirely by PCI-DSS compliant processors — we never handle or store raw payment card data
• Cryptocurrency payment processing is handled by Subscord — we do not store subscriber wallet addresses or private keys
• Access to operational systems is restricted and protected
• Support communications are handled through a dedicated service address

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to operate the service or comply with legal obligations:

• Subscription data — retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation for billing dispute resolution

• Payment records — retained by Stripe and Subscord per their own retention policies, which are governed by financial regulations
