This service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using Regime Signals, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Users located in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or related information services are restricted or prohibited should not access this service.
Regime Signals provides cryptocurrency trading signals and related educational content delivered via Discord. The service operates three subscriber tiers — Free, Premium, and VIP — with signal delivery timing and content depth varying by tier.
Signals are generated by a dedicated signal instance running the same models and strategies as the operator's live trading account. The signal instance is architecturally separate from the operator's personal account to ensure signal generation is never constrained by personal position size or personal risk tolerance.
The operator trades real capital on Hyperliquid using the same strategies and models, providing direct financial skin in the game. However, the operator's personal trading may not always mirror published signals exactly, as personal trading operates under separate risk controls.
Regime Signals provides educational information and trading ideas only. Nothing provided constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice of any kind.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Subscription management is handled through the Regime Signals Discord server via Subscord. Payments are accepted in SOL USDC (1.5% transaction fee) and via credit/debit card through Stripe.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Discord role assignment is automatic upon payment confirmation. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through the subscription management interface in the Discord server.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your Discord role is updated upon payment confirmation and you receive access to the higher tier immediately.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain your current tier access through the end of the period already paid for.
Regime Signals does not offer refunds. All subscription payments are final. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.
Because the service delivers digital content — trading signals, regime updates, and educational material — immediately upon payment confirmation, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.
If you believe a payment was processed in error or you were charged after a valid cancellation, contact us via the Contact section below within 7 days and we will investigate promptly.
Regime Signals reserves the right to issue a refund or credit at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. This does not create an obligation or precedent for future refunds.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management interface in the Discord server. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately.
Upon cancellation, you retain access to your current tier through the end of the billing period already paid for. At the end of that period, your Discord role is automatically updated to the Free tier. You are not removed from the server.
You may resubscribe at any time. Role assignment is automatic upon payment confirmation and access is restored immediately.
Regime Signals reserves the right to terminate access to the service at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to sharing signals outside the Discord server, redistribution of content, or abusive conduct toward other members or operators.
PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. Historical performance data and trading results do not guarantee future profits or prevent future losses. The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and you may lose some or all of your investment.
We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners in any jurisdiction. All signals are general in nature and do not take into account your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Prices can move dramatically in short periods and market conditions can change rapidly without warning. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

Algorithmic trading systems, including ours, are subject to technical failures, connectivity issues, and other operational risks. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that all signals will be delivered in a timely manner.
By using Regime Signals, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions. You agree that Regime Signals, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any losses you may incur.
Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your Discord access, redistribute signals, or resell content from Regime Signals in any form.

All content published by Regime Signals — including signals, strategy documentation, the Strategy Bible, weekly digests, and all written analysis — is the intellectual property of Regime Traders. All rights reserved.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own trading decisions. No other rights are granted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Regime Traders, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or your reliance on any signal or content provided.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to Regime Signals in the three months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Regime Traders reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect.
